Breakfast:
A full breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. in the dining room. See The Spot for more information.

Special Events:
Homeplace is a great location for office parties, meetings, and other group functions. Please call with as much advance notice as possible to book your event. See Uncommon Areas for more information.

Double occupancy: $115.00 (shared bath); $125.00 (private bath)
Single person: $90.00 (shared bath); $115.00 (private bath)
Additional people, children, or pets: $25.00 each. We have a crib if you need one.

All rates include breakfast but not 9% Vermont rooms-and-meals tax.

Payment:
A $25.00 deposit per room is required. Checks, traveler's checks, and cash are accepted for the balance of the payment. Sorry, no credit cards.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a reservation, please call 1 week prior to your scheduled arrival date for a full refund of your deposit.
