Breakfast:
A full breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. in the dining room. See The Spot for more information.

Special Events:
Homeplace is a great location for office parties, meetings, and other group functions. Please call with as much advance notice as possible to book your event. See Uncommon Areas for more information.

Single person: $80.00 (shared bath); $90.00 (private bath)
Double occupancy: $90.00 (shared bath); $100.00 (private bath)
Extra person: $20.00 per extra person Comfortable cots and a crib are available

Payment:
A $25.00 deposit per room is required. Checks, traveler's checks, and cash are accepted for the balance of the payment. Sorry, no credit cards.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a reservation, please call 1 week prior to your scheduled arrival date for a full refund of your deposit.
